Hello all, I wanted to get into making red wine and have done Apfelwein and have done about a dozen or so AG batches. Most recipes courtesy of ED!
I was wondering if anyone uses a particular procedure, or can explain via: step by step process how to make wine.
Then, I think it would be a great idea for someone (moderator) to possibly make it a sticky for wine noobs like myself.
BTW, for me anyway, I am looking to start with a simple red wine kit, can anyone recommend one? My favorite wine is a
