i'm no wine maker by any means we'll start with that. my Dad told me that he watched a video where a guy made wine with no yeast. He said that the sugar content was high enough in the grapes where it would automatically convert to alcohol. i brew beer, the only way thats gonna ferment is with brewers yeast, or with wild yeast(open fermentation.......lambics etc). is he looking at a "bacterial" fermentation. i'm having a hard time understanding his reasoning , someone help me out.
Yeah hahah. No added yeast and no natural yeast are different things
remember that traditionally wine is made with no yeast too, bar that on the skins!
