Default Made Apfel Wein with RC-212.. pretty good

The first batch I made with EC-1118.

This was good.. very dry.. very clear. But its a champaigne yeast.. so thats what I expected.

I just racked my second batch with the RC-212 yesterday.. and I have to say I like this a lot better. It is much sweeter and is much more of an apple cider flavor.
