Lemondrop Melon? Wine perhaps?
Yesterday I was grabbing a few things at the local Sam's Club and I ran across a big stock of something they called "Lemondrop Melons." It looked rather like a cantaloupe/muskmelon that came out bright highlighter yellow instead of light brownish, looks like a honeydew on the inside, and has an almost unsweetened "skeeter pee" aftertaste to it. I was thinking of following one of Keller's recipes but don't know if the cantaloupe or honeydew versions would really fit the distinct taste the melon provides.
