Default just tried my new wine:)

Just tried my wine I started in September for the first time.. made from 2 kinds of apples an wild grapes. It was good had a nice lite red color and at 22 % alc. Can't wait for it to finish . Only thing I should have changed is make more then 2 gallons ....

Nice! Same here. I used distillers yeast from Crosby and baker. They were hand picked dates with black grapes n jalapeño. I said hello! And then good night.
