Default The Jack Keller Collection [Archived]

Jack Keller's website is priceless, and we all know things don't always last forever. In the interest of this, and really to also simplify using the recipes and information provided on the website, I created a complete PDF archive of the website.

I organized all of the recipe's in alphabetical folders, and saved the content of the website as well. It is complete as far as I can tell, but some people may wish to alter the file structure for their own organization.

I apologize if I missed anything. The archive is in a ZIP file, free to download off my server. Please save it in a safe place in case some day I decide I'm tired of paying the web hosting bill

I contacted Jack a few times via email to ask his permission to archive the website, but as his website states he can't respond to email anymore. My feeling is that he put an enormous amount of effort into the website and would love to know that no matter what his work will carry on through time with those who truly appreciate everything he has done for us.

Enjoy!

Let me know if there are any errors, 90.9 is a lot to upload sometimes things go wrong.
