Default Island Mist Kit question

I started my first wine kit, Island Mist Exotic Fruits Zinfandel. I sprinkled yeast over the must last night, covered it and inserted airlock. Do I stir the top half daily? The instructions do not mention stirring at all.

Primary 1: Blackberry
Primary 2: Island Mist Exotic Fruits Zinfandel
Fining: Concord Grape

No just let it be. The yeast will do its magic.

And you didn't need to airlock yet. Wait until secondary fermentation.

you might want to dump a few pounds of sugar in there to boost the % alcohol. 3# is usually about right

I agree. This was the first kit I made, and it only came out to 5%.

But that is what it is supposed to be at, so you did it right.
