Ok. So I have the equipment necessary. But what Ingredients, besides the fruit and sugar, do I need to make and bottle a fruit wine. Lets say if I wanted to make a white grape peach wine, what chemicals and additives do I need to make it successful.
-camden to protect from oxidation
-pectic enzyme to help avoid pectic haze
-ph test kit to check acidity
-acid blend and carbonate to adjust ph
-finnings are nice if you want to speed up clearing, I like sparkolloid and bentonite.
-yeast nutrient and energizer doesn't hurt for low nutrient wines
-sorbate if you want to back sweeten
