Just put up 3 gallons.
2,227 gallons!
Someone should just go ahead and fill their swimming pool with apple juice, chuck in a few bricks of dry yeast, and see what happens.

Bottled my first batch last week, and I already know this will be a regular recipe around here...
2243 + 5 = 2248
