Forgot to post my latest batch that started fermentation two weeks ago...
24,833.5 + 5 = 24,838.5
+4.5 just bottled.
24,838.5 + 4.5 = 24,843
24843 plus 10 = 24853
And 5 more! 24863, that makes it. Mine is bubbling along so well it sounds like a dripping faucet :-)

In Secondary: Pumpkin Pie Mead; Traditional Mead; Dried Elderberry Wine; Blueberry Wine; Texas Persimmon wine; White grape/peach wine; Texas Twang; Hi, Biscus! Metheglyn; A Maize-ing Wine
So far, so good.

And another 10! One using Cuvee and the other D47 (just to taste the difference and the LHBS was out of Montrachet)...haven't even bottled the original batch yet, but the samples tell me that making more is better
