Kegged my first ever batch and mixed a second in the same day.
Very winey flavor, very dry (FG 0.999), but I think I could get into this. Could replace my vodka drink, making my entire alcohol experience at home completely home made.
The thing that keeps amazing me is that at 18K gallons, we're roughly 600 BBL, which is still smaller than a single batch of BMC. Even DFH has a 600 BBL aging tank for Raison D'Etre.
