Oops, I did it again! Another 6 gallons.
This time with 4 pounds of sugar..... Nice and strong.

575 + 6 = 581

I just got my first batch of apfelwein bottled and have a new variation of apfelwein that is a cranberry apple blend that i just put in the secondary. I guess you could call it a crapfelwein that tastes great even though it isn't done.

Finally got around to starting my 1 gal batch.. I am sure in 4 weeks I will be starting a 5 gal batch...
