My first anything, and it's pretty tasty for just using S&S store brand apple juice. I also used a little belgian candy sugar, less sugar in total, and used Lavlin EC-1118 yeast as opposed to Montrachet.

+5 for SWMBO's first attempt at brewing!!

I've got 5gals going now, I only started yesterday and even had to create an account so I could add to the running total.

First batch still carbing in bottles so I haven't tasted it yet, but we lost so much to Christmas gifts that we immediately started another batch. I love using the buckets for this since I can get 6 gallons and Costco has 2 gallon packs of tree top.

21791.5 + 6 = 21797.5

Started a 6 gallon batch with brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and vanilla. Smells like spiced cider!

21821.5 + 6 = 21826.5.

my wife said if i was going to keep making beer, she was going to get to make some wine...

so we went by What Ale's Ya (LHBS) today and bought her a bucket, airlock, and then sprouts for 5 gallons of 100% organic apple juice

so....21,826.5+5....

21, 831.5 gallons....

1st Batch using harvested Wyeast 1332 Northwest Ale yeast & my holiday spice blend in secondary.

21,881.5 + 5 = 21,886.5
