Did a 24 litre batch last week, but forgot to update here. I can't get Montachet, so I used 7gm Lalvin ICV D47 Yeast. Does this still count? How do you reckon the yeast substitution will affect the taste?

24Litres=6.34 Gallons

4519.8 GALLONS!

I made a variation several weeks ago, my first batch ever, 5 gallons. I sampled some over the weekend, its better than I expected! A bit too dry for SWMBO, so we might backsweeten some at bottling time.

4522.8 + 5 = 4527.8
