HELLO! hey guys hows it going . I have only made 2 batches of wine so far an just bottled last night. im going to make a few small batches tonight and i kinda like not always going by the book and trying my own thing. Sooo im just wondering if there are a few things i should always do when doing it and what are they? i have some apples sweet ones . Some nice and sour crab apples and a bag of wild grapes. Any help you all could give we would be grate. THANK YOU!
