Default Help!!!!!

Brewing 30 bottles of Chardonnay in my fermentation barrel. Drilled an hole in the green lid so I could put a bung on and airlock but noticed a couple of bits of green plastic in wine, I have used a spoon to remove the bits but worried about contamination?? What can I do?

Beer brewer's perspective (take with a grain of salt): Relax and let it go. If it's inoculated, you can't do anything about it now. If the yeast have been going for a while, they'll probably clean it up. If the spoon was clean, it probably didn't have many microbes on it.
