Default Heating techniques during fermentation

So i live in this house where the heat can only be up so high (seriously, there is nothing we can do about it) and i started a wine that isn't working. The tempurature in the house somewhere around 14 or 15 celcius, sometimes getting a little higher than that.

I realise i could get a space heater and just put it nearby, but i guess i mostly just wanted to see if anyone else has had this same problem and can suggest some effective strategies.

You can get an aquarium style heater that sits in the wine. Or put it in a water bath witht the aquarium heater in the water. Or get a heat mat or a heat belt. You can het a heat lamp.

Allsorts.
