Default health drinks in to wine.

I get this all natural health drink. It's made with fruits an vegies . It's really good an super thick . It called bolt house farms . But it I wanted to try an make a small thing of wine from one what should I look for in it to make shore it it won't stop the yeast from doing its thing? Preservatives or any stuff like that.
