getting grapes ready ...
 
As far as I know all I need to do is clean the grapes an maby swish then ? Any thing I should do be for u put then in to make wine ?

Probably want to let them sit on campden for 24hrs before pitching. I would also break this skins on the grapes. Since we're on this topic does anyone have a wine recipe for home grown garden variety grapes?

Ya I ended up just washing them an putting them in a bowl an smashing them up.

Normally winegrapes are never washed (except by the rain), it just dilutes the flavours.

I'm Europe most don't even add yeast it spontaneously ferments. Are they red or white grapes?
