i noticed there weren't any stickies for this wine forum for general instructions on how to make good wine.. i've made one batch before, but it was a while ago and i am looking to make a white and a red in the near future.. i know they have instructions on the kits, though i don't think they go into details on using gelatin or other items like that on how to make the best of the ingredients you get in the kit..

Recipes 

If you are using a kit, they come complete with everything including finings. Usually, the kits have bentonite and/or Super-Kleer. The instructions for good kits are perfect, and never require tweaking.
