Freezing fruits for wine question

There may not be a specific answer to my question due to different variables. But generally speaking, how long can you have fruits frozen before they are thawed and used for wines?

I have a bag of pears frozen and a tub of muscadines frozen just waiting for me to get to them. How long is too long to keep them frozen? I don't intend to keep them frozen for a year.. But would 6+ months be bad or pushing it?

This is the first time i've started freezing fruits for wines so my lack of experience in this area prompts my question.
