How many times should i go threw the freeze thaw stage wen makin blackberry wine
Just once? I freeze the berries until I have enough for wine, then put them in sanitized mesh bags in the sanitized fermenter and let them thaw.
Ive done it now about 3 or 4 times and it seems to be juicing the berries for me
I do it twice & the berries are just about mush after the 2nd thaw, no maceration needed.
