I gotta admit I was skeptical about the whole skeeter pee thing. I made 5 gallons of it last November using EC-1118 and just about a month ago racked it from the secondary to a keg, backsweeted w/ about 6 C cane sugar and force carbed. It's damn good.

I read the Monster SP Thread and the flavoring ideas intrigued me. However I'm wasn't sure I want 5 gallons of any one flavor. I ended up buying blueberry, cherry, and raspberry concentrates from Brownwood Acres. It's not exactly an inexpensive undertaking ($39 for a quart of raspberry concentrate) but the flavor is fantastic. I tried "raspberry flavored syrups" but these are mostly sugar and water having only about 15% juice. I keep a squeeze bottle of each in the fridge. A good squirt in the bottom of the glass followed by the SP and ice... Mmmmmmmmmm.
