What would be a easy but good wine to make for a newbie?
Apfelwein! Ed's Apfelwein!
Kegged: Amarillo Ale, Edwort's Apfelwein, Golden Dragon, 1554, 888 RIS
every wine is an easy wine but a good wine for a brewer... take juice add sugar, ferment.
Apfelwein is good and easy.
If you are looking for an easy grape wine, I just made this recipe the other day:http://www.homebrewtalk.com/f79/welchs-grape-juice-wine-21093/
"Stop giving me credit for those stupid quotes! For that last time it wasn't me! STFU NOOB!" <-- Benjamin Franklin
I just started my first wine and I did a twisted mist strawberry margarita for the wife. It is really easy all you have to do is add a few packages when they tell you to. I do not have the time to go from scratch.
Any juice wine is a good bet like, Ed's Apfelwein. But you can use any flavor juice as long as there are not added preservatives other than vitamin C.
