Apfelwein is good and easy.

If you are looking for an easy grape wine, I just made this recipe the other day:

I just started my first wine and I did a twisted mist strawberry margarita for the wife. It is really easy all you have to do is add a few packages when they tell you to. I do not have the time to go from scratch.

Any juice wine is a good bet like, Ed's Apfelwein. But you can use any flavor juice as long as there are not added preservatives other than vitamin C.
