Default First time making wine

So I got my wife a island mist kit and I'm just wondering what kind of water would be best. Distilled or spring?

I'd take spring over distilled any day.

It depends on your water quality. We have a deep well that the water is clear, odorless and tasteless and better than any bottled water one can buy. We have always used tap water for a couple of hundred gallons of wine that we have made.
