Hello all

My name is Gary and I am a new winemaker though I have benmaking beer since '95. The addition of twin daughters has limited my brewing schedule so I have "repurposed" my fermenters. I admit some amount of ignorance in the details of making wine but look forward to expanding my knowledge.

Yeah, those yeast beasties are pretty amazing arent they. the questions I have are more specific to the process I have seen in some of the recipes I have seen but they are probably better in a different post.
