Default First effort at wine from grapes

Resting today after "grape day" yesterday. Made a trip out to Columbus NJ to pick up 220 pounds of malbec grapes just in from Chili. Set up the crusher with my buddy and spent the rest of the day crushing, de-stemming, and preparing the must. Hopefully all will go well and next weekend we will be pressing. Quite the experience!

Good for you Wine is easy as heck to brew but hard as hell to get right.. I get my juice from the niagra region and even if it's prepared sometimes it gets away from me.. Make sure you taste test the juice prior to pitching so you can make any adjustments... In my brews I find acidity is difficult to judge..
