Sounds like a fun flora fruity mix. But I think you may want a bit more sugar in there. With those ingrediants in a 1 gallon fermenter you would only have a 7.8% - 8% ABV tops. Up the sugar to 2 cups for about a 12% drink.

fermentation has slowed down a lot, was racking a strawberry rhubarb mead so I used that to top it up. Gonna let it sit a few weeks and will probably end up racking this when the lees get a bit higher. So far smells like a mixed berry wine cooler.
