Campden Question
I just got some Campden tablets to add to my Skeeter Pee, and my question is, what sort of ratio should I use? The packaging gives no indication of how much to add, and the tutorial doesn't mention tablets. :(

The usual ratio is 1 campden tablet/gallon combined with 1/2 tsp./gallon of potassium sorbate to stabilize the wine.

Henrybegs.....you are getting ready to stabilize correct? Is there a brand on your Campden tablets, MOST recommend the dosage to be 1 tablet per gallon of wine...but you really should confirm with wherever you bought them from because there are different strength tablets on the market. A brand, UPC code, etc., are helpful.
