Default Bottling device

What is the bottle corking device called and is there one that most people recommend?

Floor corker... I have one... My only regret is that I didn't get the larger one that could also do champagne bottles... It's on my list of things to get post move.

that corker would be the best investment you could make if you are doing wine bottles.. makes for a smoother day and many less headaches
