Default Bottling apfelwein at .999

Should I wait till like .996?

I followed edwort's recipe to the letter, same brand apple juice and all.

Iffen you followed Ed's Recipe, and it's been 4-6 weeks and clear, bottle it.

If it's already at .999 you wont be risking any bottle bombs, there just isnt enough sugar left to be eaten.
