Blackberry wine in my future

Since the new crop blackberries are starting to come in, I thought I'd use up the leftovers from 2005. I had five gallons of them in the freezer! Some will become spreadable fruit (aka jam that didn't set right) and the rest wine.
Wasn't planning on the wine until late fall.
