Default Black Locust blossom wine?

has anyone ever made this?
Here in the spring in MO we have tons of these around and I'd like to try making some wine and was wondering if anyone had made some?
Jack Keller has a recipe and I've eaten them battered and fried ( mmmm tastes like mushrooms) so I know their not poisonous.
imput anyone?

Give Jack Keller's recipe a go and let us know how it turns out. It sounds interesting.
