Default Beer Brewer got a gallon of wine juice... Now what?

Ok, I tend to brew beer and only beer. My mom went to a winery and brought me back a gallon of wine grape juice and wants me to make her wine.

Uhhh. what do I do with it? No hops, no wort... I'm confused!

1) Add potassium metabisulfite to the must (grape juice).
2) Let stand for 12 hours.
3) Add yeasties. Ferment.
4) Go to The Winemaking Home Page and read about winemaking.

You might get some good tips from Yooper's Welches Grape Wine in the recipe database. Obviously, you are not using concentrate but it is a very informative thread.

What kind of juice? You can be crazy and not actually make wine with it, but add a little to a batch of beer and see what happens.
