Made some of this a month or so ago, I still have two months to taste it... so I hope its good
1 Gallon Batch
10lbs of Apples cored,sliced, juiced.
2lbs of Corn Sugar
Fill the rest up with dechlorinated water.
I used a Champagne yeast
Don't forget to add a campden tablet, and yeast nutrient as needed.
When racked off its original yeast bed, it smelled like a white wine.
