My lazy azz as had a batch of Apfelwein sitting on the yeast for 2 months only because I have 3 kegs I need to be cleaned out and I'm just to damn lazy to do it.
Has anyone "aged" Apfelwein for two + months on the yeast and did it change it any?
I'm about to float a keg of Apfelwein so I will need to get my azz in gear and keg this batch. Just wondering if it's going to be different with it sitting on the yeast so long.
