I had a bit more than 5 gallons of apfelwein in the carboy so I thought I'd try some other blends. I racked all but about 1/2 gallon out of the carboy then swirled the carboy to resuspend the yeast. I then split it between two 1 gallon fermenters and dumped some other juices. In one, I added a carton of Goya Pear Nectar and Shoprite brand Apricot juice in the other. We'll see how it turns out.
