Default Is Apfelwein okay in clear bottles??

Okay so ive made a few batches of beer (delicious), so I figured id try something new and give EdWort's Apfelwein a try. It sounds pretty simple im just wondering if I should/shouldnt bottle in clear bottles. I know theres a chemical in hops that cause beer to skunk, but i have no idea for wine.

As far as I know, it is only hops that cause the skunking. However, clear bottles or not, i would still keep them out of the sunlight.

cubbies is right, from my understanding the chemical reaction that causing skunking in beer is entirely related to hops. However sunlight can discolor any wine, to maintain a great look it is still best to keep them in a dark place like most wines.
