I've got a batch of EdWort's Apfelwein bubbling away in the basement. It's still got a few weeks to go, but I plan to keg it. Do I need to worry about my shanks & faucets? I've seen in a couple places that one should only use stainless steel or plastic for wine -- does the same hold true for Apfelwein? One of my shanks is SS (with a Ventmatic faucet) and the other is chrome-plated, with a standard chrome-plated faucet. Any concerns about using one tap vs. the other?
