Default Another basics question

If anyone read my first post - you're aware I'm having some "volume" issues in my first wine operation. So my next question: thinking I was wisin up a bit, I figured rather than make 2 gallons of wine in a 2 gallon primary and ending up with 1.5 gallons, Id make 2 gallons of wine in a 5 gallon primary and have room for the fruit. Now, 2 days later, 24 hours after adding yeast and nutrients, i haven't spotted one bubble through the air lock. Whats wrong, if anything?

patients is the key
I have made hard lemonade that sat almost 2 weeks without a bubble in the airlock
then it just went crazy
give it a week before you start to worry unless it's lemon then give it 2 weeks
