Default Aging before clearing or after

Ok I have a wine kit .

Transferred to secondary 2 weeks ago
It says check it after 10 day to see if it below 998/996
And then add clarifying agents and potassium sorbate.
And let sit 10-14 days then bottle.

Any way my real question is I have to leave town for a couple months in 2 weeks and not sure if I will be able to bottle it in time.

So I am wondering if it will age better now in the secondary. Or to add the potassium sorbate and fining agents. And then let it age after it has cleared.

Yes. Get it off the lees, stabilize and once it's bulk aging you can leave it that way for months.
