Default Acid blend

If I use a 1 gallon recipe to make a 6 gallon batch, Do I multiply the acid blend by 6 also or is that to much acid blend? same question about tannin also.

Yes, multiply everything by 6 except for the yeast. One packet is good for 6 gallons.
