Default Aching to put something in fermentor. Here's what I have on hand.

8lbs. Frozen fresh straw berries.
8lbs. Frozen fresh bananas.
5 fresh oranges.
8 fresh lemons.
A half gallon of fresh squeezed key lime juice.
1 can of welches grape concentrate.

Does anyone have any ideas for me? I would like get another 5 gallon started tonight with what I have on hand somehow. :-)

Unless you want an acidic wine to backsweeten, I'd leave out the lemons and lime juice. Add only if you dont get enough acidicy from the oranges.

Try to round up 5 lbs more fruit for 5 gallons.

Also add enough sugar for a SG of 1.090.
