Default looking for Rodenbach... trade or sell????

I'm starting to get very intrested in sour beers and i keep reading that rodenbach is a classic exaple of a sour. Never tried one but im goin to be brewing one in about 2 weeks. Im in the military stationed in Italy, obv great craft beer is hard to get here, so badically i was wonderinf if anyone can but and sell me a bottle or 2 or trade for something else. Can anyone help?

I'd be very surprised if you can't find Rodenbach in Italy. I would think that you'll be able to find lambic as well. If you can't, or even if you can, there are some great Italian craft beers, although like everything in Italy, they are expensive. Since you mentioned Rodenbach, I'd suggest trying Panil Bariquee. It's an Italian take on Flanders Red and one of my favorite examples of the style. Check out ratebeer to find a shop or bar near you.

Italy has started a new craft brew movement and they actually make a lot of sours. You may be able to find some other than rodenbach that are good. A true rodenbach takes a long time to make. Good luck and cheers
