Enjoy an evening of home-brewed craft beer and delicious food made by a home-brewer who loves craft beer and also loves cooking. Learn about beer styles, differences between Ales and Lagers, and more!



Starter
• Homemade brewer's bread with homemade rosemary butter
• Trappist cheese
• Chimay Grand Cru with homemade raspberry jam made with Kriek Lambic
• Paired with Tripel


Main course

• Fresh mussels cooked in Lambic beer served with roasted potato wedges
• Paired with Saison

Dessert
• Brazilian Brigadeiro made with Belgian chocolate and finished with Fleur de Sel and caramel
• Paired with Dubbel
