Default GBS Champion of the Pint 04/23/2011 O'Fallon, MO

The Champion of the Pint Competition is the Garage Brewers Society's annual homebrew competition. It is a fully sanctioned AHA and BJCP event. This year it will be held on April 23, 2011. We are proud to be a part of the High Plains Brewer of the Year circuit. Entries are due April 15th.

For more information please see the main COP Website

To register please use our registration website

Special Category: Malt Liquor

BJCP does not have a category for malt liquor, therefore all points will be awarded on the following criteria:

Presentation (20): How creative the entry is submitted.

Taste/Aroma/Mouthfeel/Appearance (5 points each): Points will be awarded on the opposite of a bell curve. Really horrible and really good beers will be awarded more points than something "drinkable".

Overall Impression (10): How well the entry captured the vision of the competition.

*Negative points may be awarded for blatant disregard of the competition intent. Choose your entry wisely.

A trophy will be awarded to the winner. Entries are not eligible for BOS or High Plains Circuit points. This is all for fun. Please take all judges responses with a grain of salt.

If you have any questions or trouble registering you can e-mail me at comps@garagebrewers.com

Is anyone planning on posting or tweeting the results tonight?

Where can I find the results? I put in an entry and am curious how it turned out.
