Sherlocks, and The Flying Saucer are two good ones. Flying saucer has a 200+ beer club, but I am not sure you will have time to complete that.(3 a day) Mad Dogs British pub on the riverwalk is a good one as well.
The San Antonio Beer festival is the weekend of Apr. 9th also if your still here.

+1 on Bluestar. Forgot about that one. Just not always fond of their limited holiday stuff. Had some brew that seemed they were just trying to beat some sort of hop record. 
Also just outside of town in Boerne, there is a place called The Dashing Duck. They have some good microbrew there and they can recommend something for anything on their menu, which is also very good.

If you are looking for a brewpub type place check out Freetails
http://www.freetailbrewing.com/
I was impressed with the stuff I got there. Their cherry stout needed some age on it, but overall everything was great.
