How will you ferment 10 gallons? 2 5 gallons or do you have 1 10 gallon container?

Did you make one large starter to split or 2 separate starters?

IRC details?

I really like this idea. I'm thinking of setting up a cam for our big brew party next week. (It's a re-schedule of big brewday)

Sparge complete, coming to a boil now. Mogulus chat seems to be working again though I'm still on IRC too.

10 gallons of Irish Red in the fermenters at 1.051. Chilling to 65*F and I'll pitch in a few hours. Thanks to everyone who stopped by (virtually). Time for a homebrew.
