We did 5 gal of raspberry wheat last night and I am hoping to do 5 gal of cream ale tomorrow. That depends on how fast or slow my school work goes.

5 gals of 1.067sg into the fermenter! It was a great brew day. Hit all the numbers dead on, got a little more efficiency out of my IC. Now we play the waiting game.

I brewed 12 gallons of a half-wit blonde ale, wit Belgian spices, OG = 1.056, pitched 2 pkgs of Safbrew T58, and waiting for it to start that fermentation magic!
