Default Access to a tubing bender?

Any KC Brewers have access to a tubing bender? I just purchase several coils of 3/8" SS for a jockey box and need them coiled smaller. As it is a thin-walled SS my typical bending methods will probably fail, as I'm impatient.

The lengths are all like 7' to 14', so I plan on just putting several coils and attaching them together for the Jockey-Box.

Anyone in the area able to make Coils?

How small? Placing them around a Cornelius keg and twisting them tighter works well.
